    Sorry! Great product

    James, I would like to apologise. I got home after a few days away expecting the marker to have been delivered so left a frustrated review which I wouldn’t normally do. I really appreciate the response and the marker actually turned up this morning and I genuinely couldn’t feel happier nor more guilty. It’s a great product, top quality and I should take something from the message!! The tees too are a lovely touch. You’ve definitely got yourself a new customer now. I will try and remove old rvw

    It’s still not arrived 🤷‍♂️


    Ordered 2nd August, advised >5 days for delivery, emailed 13th to say it’s been sent, emailed 15th to leave a review, still not here on 16th.


    Review is, I assume I’ll get it and I hope it’s great but can’t comment yet on quality of product but speed and service so far is way below par

    I can only apologies for the confusion, the lead time on all ball markers is 2 weeks, this is stated on the product description on the product page. Although, I am in the process of changing the website, so that this also stated at the checkout/delivery page, as this has been mentioned by other customers and I appreciate that this is causing confusion.


    I hope you are happy with the marker, which is hopefully with you shortly.
