We are confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase from The Redan Golf Company. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, we do offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any refunds after this time.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in the same condition that they were received and with proof of purchase. To begin the return process, please contact us at theredangolfcomany@gmail.com to confirm the reason you wish to return your purchase.

All postage costs relating to a return would be the responsibility of the customer, with the only exceptions being an item which has been sent in error or a faulty product, as agreed by email. Any products returned without prior agreement are unable to be accepted.
